SHIPPING TO SPAIN
Shipments to the Peninsula have a cost of €5 for the client.
Shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands will cost €10.
Despite not being the total budget of the service established by the courier company, Womance assumes the rest of the amount of the shipping service as a gesture for its clients.
Delivery time Spain.
Womance produces from scratch and in her workshop all the garments in her collection. Each design has a different complexity and requires more or less time to make.
In 4 weeks you will receive the made-to-measure garments at home and in 3 weeks the standard-size garments.
If the garment is made to measure, we specify it in its product sheet.
Count this period from the day of your purchase.
If you have doubts about the delivery time, send us an email to help@womance.es and we will respond to you in less than 24 business hours.
And if we have the garment you are interested in in stock, we will send it to you in a shorter period of time.

We ship to Europe, USA, Canada, Latin America, Australia, India, Israel, Singapore, United Arab Emirates.

Shipping cost Europe and Worldwide.
To find out the cost of shipping to your country, you just have to select your product and enter your shipping information. Before making the purchase you can check the shipping cost to your country.
Shipments outside the EU (European Union):
Orders sent to countries outside the EU are shipped according to the DDP Incoterm (Delivered Duty Unpaid, delivery with unpaid duties). This means that we do not collect VAT, taxes or fees on orders outside the EU and that we cannot predict how much the charge will be. If you incur additional charges, you must pay them for your package to clear customs. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Remote areas.
There are areas, in certain countries, that are considered by shipping agencies as “remote areas”, so the shipping cost will be higher than the standard indicated in the order summary. If so, we will contact the client to inform her of the additional cost and if she agrees to assume this extra cost, we will proceed to send the order.
If the client does not agree, we will proceed to return the purchase money immediately.
RETURNS
We’re commited to serve garments that have never been used before. This takes a lot of work and effort, so before making your purchase we ask you to read carefully what comes next and take maximum care of the garment when you receive it at home:
What is our return policy?
- Garments must not be worn or washed.
- Garments must not be stained, scuffed with makeup, or damaged.
- Those garments that return with the smell of perfume, tobacco or having been used will not be accepted in the same way.
- Garments must have all labels on.
- Garments must be returned in the same package that you received them. Another kind of package will not be admitted since we can’t make sure that the garment will be safely shipped back to us.
- You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to place a return request.
In the event that the aforementioned is not fulfilled, we won’t be able to accept your return.
What is the return process for shipments within the European Union?
All you have to do is place the garments in their original box and fill out the return form that you will have found inside the box. If you don’t keep the document, you can download a copy here.
Once you have the package ready with the garments and the form inside, you will only have to send your return to our headquarters using any postal service or shipping company of your choice. This is our address:

We recommend that you keep proof of the shipment.
What is the return process for non-EU shipments?
Although the shipping costs in the return are borne by the client, at Womance we take care of managing the procedures for your return so that the process is as fast and fluid for you.
You will benefit from our company shipping rate. You will not have to pay separately, since we will subtract from your return the amount that this shipment has generated for us.
To return part of your order, or your entire order, you must notify us via email at help@womance.es and once this step is completed, we will send you the return label so that you can prepare the package with the garments you want to return.
Our transport agency will stop by your house to pick up the package and send it to our offices to complete the return process.
If you decide to make the return by means other than the one we offer you, the management, shipping costs and customs costs will be at your expense. If these are not paid, the package will be automatically returned to your home. This is our address:

What are the shipping costs if I want to make a return?
In Spain.
From the Peninsula, if you buy a dress and it doesn’t fit but you want to change it for another size or model, Womance will take care of the shipping costs for the first change. We pick up the model you want to return at your home and we deliver the new one *.
From the first change and in the case of returns, it will be the customer who pays for the return shipment.
EU and Worldwide
From any other country, the shipping costs of any exchange or return will be similar to those you have paid to send your order from Womance to your home. **
* Not applicable to discounted products.
** Transport costs do not include customs and taxes or dispatch costs, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 20 business days from this date. You will receive an email as soon as your exchange or return has been processed.
